• Creators on our platform are independent individuals, not employees
• The platform explicitly prohibits escort services, in-person meetings, and any illegal activities
• All Creators undergo identity verification before their profiles become visible

• Behavioural Analysis: Monitoring for patterns that may indicate exploitation
• Supplier Assessments: Evaluation of our service providers' anti-slavery compliance

6. Indicators of Exploitation

Our moderation team is trained to identify potential indicators of modern slavery and trafficking, including but not limited to:

• Profiles that appear to be controlled by third parties
• Multiple profiles sharing similar content or contact details
• Signs of coercion or scripted responses
• Requests from users suggesting exploitation
• Profiles advertising prohibited services

7. Cooperation with Authorities

VelvetElite maintains cooperative relationships with relevant authorities and will:

• Report suspected cases of modern slavery or human trafficking to law enforcement
• Cooperate fully with investigations by the National Crime Agency (NCA)
• Work with the Child Exploitation and Online Protection Command (CEOP) where relevant
• Preserve evidence and provide information as required by law
