This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the rules and standards for using the VelvetElite platform. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with this policy. This AUP should be read in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions and Content Policy.

2. Permitted Use

VelvetElite may only be used for the following purposes:

• Discovering and connecting with Creators who offer online entertainment services
• Creating and maintaining Creator profiles to advertise online entertainment services
• Communicating through provided platform features
• Managing subscriptions and promotional services
• Accessing platform features in accordance with your account type

3. Prohibited Activities

You must not use the Platform to:

3.1 Illegal Activities

• Engage in, promote, or facilitate any illegal activity
• Offer, solicit, or arrange escort services or in-person meetings
• Advertise or facilitate prostitution or sexual services
• Engage in human trafficking or exploitation of any kind
• Promote or facilitate the use of illegal drugs or controlled substances
• Engage in money laundering, fraud, or other financial crimes
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws

3.2 Harmful Behaviour

• Harass, stalk, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Send unsolicited communications or spam
• Engage in discriminatory behaviour or hate speech
• Bully, abuse, or defame others
• Share others' private information without consent
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Create multiple accounts to evade bans or restrictions

3.3 Platform Abuse

• Attempt to circumvent age verification or security measures
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Platform
• Scrape, harvest, or collect user data
• Interfere with the Platform's functionality or infrastructure
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts or systems
• Upload malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Reverse engineer or decompile any Platform software
• Use the Platform for commercial purposes beyond those expressly permitted

3.4 Content Violations

• Upload explicit, pornographic, or sexually graphic content
• Share content involving or depicting minors
• Post violent, graphic, or disturbing content
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Post false, misleading, or deceptive information

4. Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised access
• Using strong, unique passwords
• Logging out of shared or public devices

5. Communication Standards

When communicating through the Platform, you must:

• Be respectful and professional
• Not send unsolicited or inappropriate messages
• Accept that Creators may choose not to respond
• Not attempt to pressure or coerce other users
• Respect privacy and boundaries

6. External Interactions

VelvetElite facilitates discovery and initial connection. Any communications or arrangements made outside the Platform are:

• Solely between the users involved
• Not endorsed, monitored, or facilitated by VelvetElite
• The sole responsibility of the participating users
• Subject to the terms of the external platforms used

VelvetElite bears no responsibility for the conduct, safety, or outcomes of external interactions.

7. Reporting Violations

If you witness or experience violations of this policy, please report them immediately using in-app reporting tools or by emailing report@velvetelite.com. Include relevant details such as usernames, timestamps, and descriptions of the violation.

8. Enforcement

We reserve the right to take any action we deem appropriate in response to violations, including:

• Issuing warnings
• Removing content
• Suspending account access
• Permanently terminating accounts
• Reporting illegal activity to law enforcement
• Pursuing legal action where appropriate

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
