Content Policy

1. Purpose and Scope
This Content Policy governs all content uploaded, shared, or displayed on the VelvetElite platform. It applies to all users, including Members and Creators, and covers all types of content including profile information, photographs, descriptions, and communications.
VelvetElite is a discovery platform for online entertainment services. To maintain a professional environment and comply with payment provider requirements, all public-facing content must adhere to strict standards.
2. Platform Positioning
VelvetElite is exclusively an online discovery platform. The platform does not facilitate, endorse, or permit the advertisement of any offline or in-person services.
All content must reflect this positioning. Creators may only advertise online entertainment services such as video calls, messaging, content creation, and similar digital services.

The following content is strictly prohibited on the Platform. These prohibitions are absolute and non-negotiable, in compliance with UK law and payment network standards (Visa/Mastercard).
ZERO TOLERANCE: Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
VelvetElite maintains absolute zero tolerance for any content depicting, suggesting, or referencing minors in a sexual context. This includes real imagery, AI-generated imagery, drawings, animations, or written content. All suspected CSAM is immediately reported to the National Crime Agency (NCA), Internet Watch Foundation (IWF), and relevant law enforcement. Violators face permanent bans and criminal prosecution.

5. Profile Photo Guidelines
All profile photographs must meet the following standards:
- Clear, well-lit images showing the Creator
- Adult content permitted (all viewers are age-verified)
- No watermarks or third-party branding
- Must be of the Creator themselves (no stock images or others)
- All content must be legal and consensual
6. Profile Description Guidelines
Profile descriptions must:
- Be written in professional, appropriate language
- Accurately describe online entertainment services offered
- Not contain explicit or suggestive language
- Not reference offline meetings or in-person services
- Not include contact details for prohibited services
- Not contain pricing for sexual services
7. Consent Documentation Requirements
In compliance with UK law and payment network requirements (Visa/Mastercard), VelvetElite requires all content providers to obtain and maintain written consent documentation for all content uploaded to the Platform.
MANDATORY: Written Consent Records
For ALL content depicting any individual (including yourself), Creators must obtain and retain written consent documentation covering the following specific areas:

Written consent confirming that each individual depicted in the content has agreed to be photographed, filmed, or otherwise depicted in the specific content being uploaded.
2Consent to Public Distribution & Upload
Written consent confirming that each individual depicted has agreed to allow the public distribution of the content and specifically consents to the content being uploaded to VelvetElite's platform for viewing by Platform users.
3Consent to Downloading (Where Applicable)
If content may be made available for downloading by other users, written consent confirming that each individual depicted has agreed to have the content downloaded and saved by Platform users.
Record-Keeping Requirements
- Retention Period: All records must be retained for a minimum of 7 years from the date the content is last made available on the Platform
- Consent Format: Consent records must be in written form (physical or electronic) and include the date consent was given, the full legal name of each person providing consent, and their signature (physical or electronic)
- Identity Verification: You must verify the identity of ALL individuals depicted in your content by reviewing valid government-issued photo identification (passport, driving licence, or national ID card)
- Age Verification: You must verify that ALL individuals depicted are at least 18 years of age by reviewing their government-issued ID showing date of birth. You must retain a copy of this ID documentation
- Supporting Documents: You must be able to provide copies of ID documents and consent records for all individuals depicted upon request within 48 hours
- Law Enforcement: Records may be disclosed to law enforcement authorities upon valid legal request
Creator Certification
By uploading content to VelvetElite, you certify and warrant that:
- •You have verified the identity of ALL individuals depicted by reviewing their government-issued photo ID
- •You have verified the age of ALL individuals depicted and confirm they are at least 18 years old
- •You have retained copies of ID documents for all individuals depicted in your content
- •You have obtained valid written consent from all individuals depicted in the content
- •Each consent covers depiction, public distribution, platform upload, and downloading (where applicable)
- •You can provide supporting documents (ID copies, consent records) within 48 hours upon request
- •You will retain these records for 7 years from the date content is last made available
- •You understand failure to provide documentation upon request will result in content removal and potential account termination
VelvetElite reserves the right to request consent documentation at any time. Failure to provide adequate documentation within 48 hours will result in content removal and potential account suspension. Repeated failures or evidence of fraudulent documentation will result in permanent account termination.
8. Age Verification Requirements
In compliance with UK law and payment network requirements:
Creator Verification
- Government ID: All Creators must verify their age (18+) through government-issued photo ID before any content is published
- Identity Matching: Creators must complete identity verification including live selfie matching against their ID
- Record Retention: VelvetElite retains age verification records in compliance with UK regulations
- Re-verification: VelvetElite reserves the right to require periodic re-verification of identity
9. Content Moderation
We employ multiple layers of content moderation:
- Automated Review: All content is screened by automated systems for prohibited material
- Manual Review: Flagged content and new Creator profiles undergo manual review
- User Reports: Community reporting tools allow users to flag policy violations
- Ongoing Monitoring: Active profiles are subject to periodic compliance checks
10. Enforcement
Violations of this Content Policy may result in:
First-time minor violations may result in a warning and request to modify content.
Violating content will be removed without notice.
Serious or repeated violations will result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination.
11. Appeals
If you believe content was removed in error, you may appeal the decision by contacting moderation@velvetelite.com with details of the content and your appeal reasoning. Appeals are reviewed within 7 business days.
12. Reporting Violations
If you encounter content that violates this policy, please report it using the in-app reporting tools or by contacting report@velvetelite.com. Include as much detail as possible, including the profile or content in question.
